Multi-select Dropdowns

Learn more about the Multi-select Dropdown element and how to use it

Multi-select dropdowns are similar to Dropdowns, however they allow you to select more than 1 option. Consecutive options selected are added to your Clinical Note separated by a comma (“, “).

Adding a Multi-select Dropdown

You can add a Multi-select Dropdown to your Template through the Editor Tool Bar, or by using the Slash Menu by typing /multi.

Once added you can then populate its options. You can also:

  • Pre-select multiple options.

  • Right click options to negatively select them.

You can add a Label to give more context to the element, and Multi-select Dropdowns can be used with Logic.

Using a Multi-select Dropdown

When creating a Clinical Note from your Template, open the Multi-select Dropdown menu to choose options.

You can:

  • Select and unselect options.

  • Negatively select options (see negatives link in context where provided).

  • Add an additional value not present in the options by typing it in the element's text area.

To clear a Multi-select Dropdown selection, unselect all options or delete the content of its text area.
