Learn more about the Multi-select Dropdown element and how to use it
Multi-select dropdowns are similar to Dropdowns, however they allow you to select more than 1 option. Consecutive options selected are added to your Clinical Note separated by a comma (“, “).

You can add a Multi-select Dropdown to your Template through the Editor Tool Bar, or by using the Slash Menu by typing /multi.

Once added you can then populate its options. You can also:
Pre-select multiple options.
Right click options to negatively select them.
You can add a Label to give more context to the element, and Multi-select Dropdowns can be used with Logic.
