Grids

Learn more about the Grid element and how to use it

Grids are very similar to Dropdowns, but contain a much larger block of options. They are perfect for long lists, such as symptoms, treatments or work-ups.

Adding a Grid

Grids can be added through the Editor Tool Bar, or with the Slash Menu command '/grid'.

Once you have added a grid, start adding your choices by pressing the 'Add choice' button. You can also include columns in your grid to organise your list more efficiently.

Options can be reordered by dragging and dropping them.

You can give your Grid a title by providing text into its text area. This will appear in the final generated notes before any selected options content.

Grids can also be given a Label to add more context to it.

Using a Grid

Each option selected in a Grid will appear on a separate line in the final generated note.

Options can be negatively selected (HYPERLINK) by right clicking them. Generally options appear in the final generated note in the order they were selected; however, positively selected options will always appear before negatively selected ones.
