Learn more about the Date Field element and how to use it
A Date Field is a quick way to include a specific date in your Clinical Notes. Once its values have been set, the date will be added to your Clinical Note.
Use Date Fields to automatically insert dynamic dates such as today's date or a future date calculated as X days/weeks from today.
Adding a Date Field
Date Fields can be added to your Template through the Editor Tool Bar or by the Slash Menu command /date.
You can pre-set the values ready for your clinical note.
Using a Date Field
If the option "today" was selected, it will display today's date.
To define a future date (for example X days or X weeks in the future), change the option on the element itself and provide the number of relevant days or weeks.
The specified date will be shown in your output notes
