Adding elements to a Template
This article explains how to add elements to your Template.
Elements can only be inserted, edited, or removed from a Template while it is being edited.
Elements (such as Buttons or Dropdowns) can be added to your Template to make setting options or variables easier to use. You can also create Dynamic Elements, for options that may change frequently - Learn more about Dynamic Elements
Elements can be inserted into your Template in two ways:
1. Editor Tool Bar
To add an element to your Template, select the element you want in the Editor Tool Bar at the top of the page. By hovering over the elements in the tool bar you can reveal their names.

2. Slash Menu
The slash menu provides a quick way to add elements inline. To open the slash menu, simply start typing a forward slash '/'.
You can filter the elements by typing more characters. For example, typing '/b' will display all the elements that start with the letter B.

Navigate the slash menu using the UP and DOWN arrow keys or your mouse cursor. To select an option, click on it or press ENTER.
Labels
Certain elements can have labels attached to them. Labels provide more context to the element within your Templates.
To insert a label, click on the top border of the element towards the left.
