Blank inputs provide a placeholder in your Template to indicate text can be entered in the area in a clinical note

Adding a Blank Input

Blank Inputs can be added to your Template through the Editor Tool Bar, or from the Slash Menu by typing '/blank'

Using Blank Inputs

To start adding text in the Blank Input in the Clinical Note Editor, simply click on it and start typing.

Blank Inputs can be used in conjunction with Clickable Text as part of its Linked feature.
