Shortcuts

Learn what shortcuts are and how to use them with Templates and Snippets

Templates and Snippets can have shortcuts assigned to allow them to be inserted into a clinical note quickly.

To start using a shortcut you need to ensure:

1. The Template or Snippet has a shortcut set:

   

Shortcuts need to be unique. You cannot use the same shortcut twice

1. You have shortcuts enabled in your Account Settings page

   1. If you plan to use Clinic or Team shortcuts, also have these enabled in your settings

Using shortcuts in a clinical note

To use a shortcut in the clinical note, you will need to type the following command in the Clinical Note editor, followed by the shortcut:

• "/s-" for Snippets

• "/t-" for Templates
