Subscribe to a plan

Learn how to subscribe to a new plan for your Clerkal account

As part of the registration process you will generally need to choose a plan to subscribe to. If you have previously cancelled your subscription and would like to subscribe to a new plan, this guide will help with that.

You will need to navigate to your billing section to subscribe to a new plan. To do this, click on the User icon in the side bar:

This will reveal the User secondary side bar. You will now need to click on the Billing option in this secondary side bar

How to start a new subscription

In your billing section, you will be able to see your billing information. You can subscribe by clicking on the ‘Subscribe’ button and shown in the image below:

Once the subscription menu has opened, you will be presented with the plans you can choose from. Select one of these to continue.

Discounts

You will be able to apply discounts during this process also. You can provide a valid Promo code that will be applied. If the discount offer is no longer valid, an error will be displayed.

You may also be presented with certain discounts offered to you at the bottom of this modal. To accept the discount, select the ‘Select’ button next to it and it will be added to your subscription.

Once you have chosen your desired plan, and applied any discounts, click on the ‘Subscribe’ button at the bottom of the modal.

On the next section of the menu, you will be present with a summary of your subscription. It will have a breakdown of the cost of your subscription with any discounts and tax that may apply.

Payment Method

You will then be asked to provide payment details. Complete the necessary information.

If you already have a saved payment method this will be present. To change the payment method, just select the ‘Change’ option

To create your subscription, select the ‘Subscribe’ button at the bottom of the menu. You may be prompted to confirm your payment, or try with another payment method if there was an error processing your payment.

If everything succeeded, then you should now be subscribed and ready to enjoy using your Clerkal account!
