To cancel your subscription, start off by visiting your Billing page.

Here you will be able to see your current subscription. To cancel, simply click on the 'Cancel' button as shown in the image below, which will open up the Cancellation form modal.

Please note, we cannot cancel subscription through email requests as the subscription is managed solely by users themselves.

Follow the steps in this modal to complete your cancellation request. You will also be asked for feedback on your cancellation. Providing this helps us improve our serves to users like yourself.
