Using snippets

Lean how to use Snippets in your Clerkal clinical notes

Snippets can be quickly added to your clinical note in 2 ways:

1. The Clinical Note Editor tool bar

Snippets can be by selecting the 'Insert snippet' option in the editor tool bar:

If you are part of a Clinic group, you will also be able to see any shared Clinic snippets in this menu.

2. Snippet Shortcut

The Clinical Note editor allows you to insert snippets quickly using any pre-defined shortcut you set on your snippet.

To insert a snippet using a shortcut, simple start typing /s- followed by the shortcut you assigned. This will insert the snippet into your clinical note

To use snippet shortcuts, you must:

• Have shortcuts enabled in your user settings.

• Have atleast 1 snippet that has a shortcut set.
