Registering an account
Learn how to register an account on Clerkal
To start using Clerkal, you will first need to register an account.
Creating your account
You can create your Clerkal Account in a few different ways:
With an Email and Password
With a Google Account
With a Microsoft account
Choose your registration option. If you choose to register using Google or Microsoft, this is how you will need to log in in the future. You can always set a new password in your Account Settings to log in with a password instead.
Onboarding Information
Once you have registered, you will be prompted to complete some information to set up your account. This will include your industry and profession.
If you have a Referral Code, this is the section where you can provide it, to benefit from any referral rewards.
Please complete the information in this section to move on to the next step.
Selecting your subscription
Once your account has been successfully onboarded, you will be asked to choose your preferred subscription.
In this section, you can choose between Personal Plans or Clinic Plans. Clinic Plans are used for group billing. Learn more about Clinics here. For most users, the Personal plans will be the appropriate option.
If you have a Discount code, this is where you can provide it. Once you have completed your payment information and successfully subscribed, you will move on to the next step. If you have any problems or questions with subscriptions, please see our Billing Section
Note: If your account was created because you were added to a Clinic, you will not need to complete this step.
Set default Dynamic Elements
Dynamic Elements can be used within Templates. As part of your onboarding you will be asked to create some of these. Some will be pre-populated with data. You can create them now, or skip them and complete later.
You are all done!
Success — you have successfully set up your Clerkal account. You can now start exploring your dashboard!
Now that your account is created it is time to start exploring more about Clerkal.
